  • Authentication data: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google according to your Google account settings.
  • Exam and learning data: test attempts, answers, scores, time taken, progress history, bookmarks, leaderboard rankings, and analytics derived from your activity.
  • Payment information: if you purchase premium plans, payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers (such as Razorpay). We do not store full card or UPI credentials on our servers.
  • Device and usage data: browser type, IP address, device model, operating system, app version, session logs, and crash/diagnostic data needed to operate and improve the service.
  • Communications: messages you send to support and notifications you receive from the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Create and manage your student account
  • Deliver mock tests, practice sessions, results, and performance analytics
  • Process subscriptions and premium access

4. Android App Permissions

Our Android application (package: com.kalviyogi.trbcsi) may request the following permissions:

  • Internet & network state: to load tests, sync results, and sign in.
  • Notifications: to send test reminders and important updates (you can disable these in device settings).
  • Vibrate: for optional haptic feedback during interactions.

The app loads our secure web platform inside a WebView. We do not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or location unless explicitly required for a feature you choose to use and permission is granted.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect against CSRF attacks, and measure platform usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.

6. Sharing of Information

Our platform is designed for students preparing for competitive exams, including users under 18. If you are under 18, please use the service with parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate consent. Contact us if you believe we have collected data from a child improperly.
